During the construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. EMA provide project development and progress throughout the duration of the project along with the budget and cost goals progress thus making sure the construction teams are aware of any cost increases including construction claims.

Coordination Process

During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the building, architectural, mechanical and electrical trade. EMA provides construction coordination and prepare the meeting minutes weekly or monthly as desired.

We will work with all project team members to define the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation.
