EMA provides swimming pool drawings sealed and signed by licensed professional engineers. The plan’s cost varies between $3000 – $5000. The structural plans are permit-ready. EMA also provides structural renovation plans including removing walls, new restrooms, roof trusses repairment, foundation inspection for issues coverings, tile and carpeting.
